Cole Bernabei

A Marin native, Cole grew up in Larkspur and graduated from Redwood High School before heading south to Cal Poly, where he earned his degree in Construction Management. That early grounding in how buildings come together has shaped the way he sees real estate ever since. 

After college, Cole joined the real estate developer Carmel Partners, where he learned the business from the ground up. He then spent four and a half years at JLL in San Francisco on the Debt & Equity Structured Finance team, working alongside some of the most sophisticated players in commercial real estate. By the time he turned toward residential, he had seen real estate from just about every financial angle imaginable. 

So, what drew him to residential? The desire to go deeper. Commercial finance is transactional by nature: each deal closes and the relationship often ends there. Cole wanted to become a true long-term advisor, someone who knows a client's full picture, grows with them over time, and is genuinely invested in what comes next. 

He has also always had a real affinity for homes: the architecture, the design, and the way a thoughtfully staged space tells a story. That eye, paired with his financial fluency, gives Boulevard clients a meaningful edge. Understanding how deals are structured, what lenders look for, and how to craft an offer that stands out beyond price are not common skills in residential real estate. We are glad he is here.
