Bitsa is Founder of Boulevard Marin, the only women-owned brokerage certified as a Green Business by the California Green Business Network. As a fourth-generation Marin County native, she has unprecedented knowledge of local markets and an extensive community network. Bitsa is committed to providing her clients with white-glove service and key resources and insights for buying and selling luxury properties in Marin. The results speak for themselves! Bitsa has been honored four years in a row with a Best of Marin IJ Choice Award and is consistently one of the top producing Kentfield/Kent Woodlands agents and throughout Marin County.

Bitsa’s deep community connections are the fruit of years of dedication and service to our local community. A past president of Kent Woodlands Property Owners Association (KWPOA) and a former trustee of the award-winning Kentfield School District, Bitsa currently serves as Vice President and Fire Committee Chair for KWPOA and Chair of the Kentfield Planning and Advisory Board. She’s passionate about the planet and serves on the boards of Cool the Earth, a local nonprofit inspiring people to take action against climate change, and  Make It Home, a Bay Area furniture bank that provides furnishings to those formerly in crisis while reducing landfill waste.

Married for over 30 years, Bitsa is the proud mother of three grown children, all of whom attended the award-winning Kentfield schools - Bacich, Kent, and Redwood. As an alumni, long-time supporter and advocate for our local and county schools, she knows that excellent public schools are the backbone of flourishing, healthy communities. Bitsa appreciates first-hand the magic of growing up and raising a family amidst the incredible natural beauty of Marin County and loves sharing that lifestyle with her clients.
